What we learned delivering 50,000 exams

When we set out, the target was never volume. It was consistency — that the fifty-thousandth exam would be held to exactly the standard of the first.

Consistency is a system, not a hope

Reaching scale without drift required measuring everything: integrity scores, turnaround, access across devices. The numbers held because we refused to let them slip.
